hawaiiangrownGrant Kawasaki visited Turtle Bay Resort’s Executive Chef Hector Morales and Twenty One Degrees North’s Chef de Cuisine John Armstrong this week to film an episode of Hawaiian Grown TV, a program that features products grown and prepared in Hawaii.

Hawaiian Grown TV is seen on OC16 at 9:00 pm on Sundays. This Sunday (July 12th) will find Grant Kawasaki visiting the fields where the Waialua Estate Chocolate and Coffee are grown and will follow the transformation from field to luxurious deserts savored in Turtle Bay Resort’s exclusive Twenty One Degrees North restaurant.
