You walk through the lobby and turn left through a walkway. You experience the breathtaking waterfall and the lush oasis of tropical trees and plants that line the walkway to the restaurant. As you arrive to the entrance of the restaurant, you notice something different…something has changed.

Welcome to the Wine Window at Twenty One Degrees North.

wine-windowHere we see Mark Danielson, Turtle Bay Resort’s Food and Beverage Manager, inside the Wine Window. This newly constructed room is perfectly climate controlled to ensure the stock of wines for the restaurant are always kept at their peak.

To celebrate, Twenty One Degrees North is offering, for the entire month of August, a superb 5-course wine pairing dinner (regularly $105) for only $69.The 1st Course is Seared Diver Scallop Big Island Poha Berry Compote North Shore Fingerlings paired with a Nicolas Feuillate, N/V Champagne, France; the 2nd Course is Opakapaka Hau’ula Tomato Gazpacho paired with a Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay, Russian River Valley, CA; the 3rd Course is Roast Quail Grilled Garden Vegetables with Mint paired with an Edmeades, Zinfandel Mendocino County, CA; the 4th Course is Filet Mignon Wild Mushroom Risotto Truffle Demi-Glace paired with Conn Creek Cabernet, Napa Valley, CA; and the 5th Course is Almond Cookies Summer Berries with Crème Fraiche paired with Ironstone Symphony, Obsession, CA.
