Waialua Chocolate at 21 Degrees

Grant Kawasaki, host of the local television show Hawaiian Grown, recently met  Turtle Bay Resort’s Executive Chef Hector Morales and with the help of 21 Degrees North’s Chef de Cuisine John Armstrong,  they demonstrated how locally grown Waialua Chocolate is used to create delightful desserts.
