Chef Rodman on "Living Local"

Chef de Cuisine Rodman Machado, who has turned Turtle Bay Resort’s Palm Terrace Restaurant into a local and international favorite, recently appeared on “Living Local with the Baraquios”. Filmed in the phenomenal Sunset Room (where Bob Hope headlined the grand opening of the Kuilima Resort, now Turtle Bay Resort) Chef Machado proves he can stand among those that have made Turtle Bay Resort what it is today! Follow his instructions and you too can be making Chicken Cordon Bleu ‘Hawaiian Style’.
