Third Course: Opakapaka Melted Leeks, Caviar, Champagne Butter Sauce Cambria, Santa Maria, CA

Fourth Course: Pepper Crusted Wagyu Roasted Vegetables, Truffle Gratir, Port Demi Glace Conn Greek Cabernet, Napa Valley, CA

Fifth Course: Chocolate Three Ways 1. Dark Chocolate Flourless Cake 2. Milk Chocolate – Hawaiian Chili Sorbet 3. White Chocolate Raspberry Tart Taylor Fladgate 20-yr old Tawny Port, Duoro Valley, Portugal

Prices: Eighty- Five Dollars ($85) Without Wine Selection and One Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($115) With Wine Selections (4oz), Tax and Gratuity not included. A la Carte menu is also available.
