The last event of this year’s Food & Wine Summer Series will feature Marc Anthony Freiberg, Executive Chef at the Neiman Marcus Honolulu Maripos Restaurant. Anthony will be joining Twenty One Degrees North’s Chef de Cuisine John Armstrong and Turtle Bay Resort’s Executive Chef Hector Morales for an evening of fine food and fine dining.
- The first course will consist of house smoked salmon, beet stained maui goat cheese, golden pea sprout salad with avocado-mustard vinaigrette that will be paired with a Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc.
- The second course will consist of seared diver scallop, big island hearts of palm puree, ali’i mushrooms, pancetta, kahuku corn with seaweed butter that will be paired with a Cambria Chardonnay.
- The third course will consist of smoked venison loin, potato puree, red onion bacon jam with chocolate vinaigrette paired with a Swanson Merlot.
- The fourth and final course will consist of coconut kanten, big island white pineapple soup, pandan pearls with vanilla bean ice cream paired with an Ironstone Symphony Obsession.
Doors will open at 6pm with a no-host bar and dinner will begin promptly at 6:30pm. Parking is complimentary.
Price is $70 without wine selection and $85 with wine selection (tax and tip are not included in either price). Parties of 4 or more will receive $5 off per person.
