Vans North Shore Golf Invitational

What do you do the morning after the SURFER Poll Awards? After all, there is still one more day before the beginning of the final leg of the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing, the Billabong Pipe Masters. There is plenty of sunshine but there is also an amazing lack of waves (1 to 2 footers…don’t worry, a big set is expected to arrive by the opening day tomorrow). Whether they had divine assistance or were just plain lucky, the Vans Triple Crown of surfing today presented the 6th Annual North Shore Golf Invitational, in conjunction with Bud Light Lime, at the links at Turtle Bay Resort.

Teams started lining up as early as 8am for the 9am start. Groups are playing a scramble format for charity. What a great day at Turtle Day to play golf. We look forward to seeing who wins!
