Turtle Bay Reort, Surfer [The Bar] and BAMP Project, hawaii’s premier concert production company, present pro-surfer turned singer/songwriter Timmy Curran live, tonight (January 25th).

Timmy Curran’s first career changed the world of professional surfing. His big air trademarked maneuvers become a big hit at every contest where he competed. Even recently, in 2011, he helped the winning team take the Katin Pro-AM Team Challenge for Hurley in Huntington Beach.

This ASP World Championship Tour competitor is now into his second career and he is taking it on with the same kind of flair he used to surf. His Debut album, “World of Mouth”, experienced strong success internationally and created  a huge underground following. Hit single “Blue Eyes” made the top 20 on VH1′s Countdown and his song “Lonely” was featured in the hit movie trailer for “Marley & Me”.  This initial success earned him the right to open for the world wide tour of the Foo Fighters. He then went on tour with bands such as Incubus, Switchfood and Angels & Airwaves.

Two albums later (“VerseS” was released in 2010 and “Options” was released in 2011), Timmy is a leading force of his own just like he was on the waves.
