The Stand Up World Series Finals take place at Turtle Bay Oct. 11-13. The resort will be an arena for guests, North Shore residents and fans to enjoy the action packed finals and witness who gets crowned at 2013’s SUP Champions.

The finals are broke into a Long distance from Turtle Bay to Haleiwa on Saturday and sprint races Sunday. The long distance race is nearly 13 miles and covers the entire seven mile miracle of surf breaks and some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. Sunday’s Sprint Race course has been described as the ultimate arena for the sport, where technical sprint racing meets the surf zone for one of the most dynamic and spectator friendly spectacles in the sport, all within feet of the Hang Ten Pool Bar at Turtle bay. Adopting the World Series Heat Elimination format, the Sprint Racing will be greeted with a decent swell this year that will once again provide a show like none other for the final day of action here at the World Series Finals, presented by Amp Energy. The course is a simple triangle course, with the opening leg out through the channel, a turn buoy towards the point and then a final turn that takes the athletes through the surf zone and into the finish.

Men Contenders include Turtle Bay’s Ambassador and SUP World Tour Champion Kai Lenny, Connor Baxter, Casper Steinfath, Zane Schweitzer, Mo Freitas, Jake Jensen, Kody Kerbox, Eric Terrien, Andrew Logreco, Noa Ginella (Naish), Riggs Napoleon (Naish) and many more. The Ladies include: Annabel Anderson, Angela Jackson, Olivia Piana and more. Besides racing there are events at Surfer, The Bar and even a free clinics with Kai Lenny at Turtle Bay. Have you ever thought about including a little bit more than just your
articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything.

However imagine if you added some great pictures or
video clips to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and video clips, this website could
undeniably be one of the very best in its field.
    Superb blog!
