Wow, that was utterly humiliating. We purchased dinner at about 5:45 and were eating, chatting and watching the sunset. We were told that we had to leave immediately and could not finish our dinner. We were not in sight of the concert stage.
I’m a kamaiaaina but I saw people who were clearly hotel guest also being kicked off hotel grounds, holding their unfinished plates of food.
With five vendors serving dinner food, why on earth would you end the event at 6 pm and throw patrons out??
That was bad planning and a total lack of aloha.

  2. Turtle Bay Says:

Aloha, We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Thank you for visiting us for our first ever Discover North Shore event. We sincerely apologize for the hiccup you encountered at the event. We will share your review with the event organizers and use it as a learning tool. We hope you honor us with another visit someday so we can make it up to you and show you the true aloha spirit of Turtle Bay. Mahalo.
